The Silver Fox is a farm to table style food truck that provides a seasonally changing menu featuring the fresh produce of Hampton Roads! They operate more as a "micro-restaurant" with dishes inspired by different cultures, regions, and reflective of some of the incredible food the New York owners wanted to bring down to Virginia. Uncle Russ’s Dockside Seafood specializes in local and regional seafood, and they bring a large variety each week. Their seafood quiches, pot pies, dips and other prepared foods make meals a snap. Uncle Russ’s also has a signature line of sauces, seasonings and bloody Mary mixes!
