They work with farmers in the Mid-Atlantic grain region to bolster a healthy agricultural system. They pay a premium to the farmers for grain and produce their own flour using a granite stone mill. They make everything with intention and care. They source the best ingredients (local when possible).

Seeing the growth in interest, she decided to build a 150 square foot commercial chef’s kitchen adjacent to her home and began producing and delivering her deliciously heartwarming soups and bone broths throughout her community, as well as joining the lineup of local farmers markets. Bones and ingredients are purchased from local farmers when possible.
